Marcus Fletcher is President of Plantation Builders. Marcus is a native of Southwest Georgia, and has been with Plantation Builders for 7 years. Prior to joining the Plantation Builders team, Marcus earned 10 years of experience in the drafting and design business. He is a member of the local Home Builders Association Board and is a licensed contractor in the state of Georgia.

Jonathan Hornick is the President of Tall Pine Builders, Inc. Jonathan is an Albany native. He graduated from Westover High School in 1992 and then attended North Georgia College, graduating in 1996. After college, Jonathan went on to be a Commissioned Officer in the United States Army from 1996 to 2000.
Jonathan was a Project Manager for U.S. Constructors, Inc. from 2000 to 2006 and now serves as President of Tall Pine Builders, Inc. Jonathan was a member of the Associated General Contractors; served as President of the 2005 SCDOT Leadership Development Class and is a member of the Home Builders Association.
Windham Homes, Inc.
Windham Homes brings over 10 years of new home construction experience to building your new home. At Windham Homes, we focus on quality construction and strong customer service, making the home building process a memorable experience. Windham Homes is a locally focused homebuilder serving Southwest Georgia.
Bert Windham, President of Windham Homes, is an Albany native. He has building experience in Atlanta, North Florida and Southwest Georgia. During his career, Bert has gained experience in all facets of construction. He has specialized in single family construction, from production construction to custom homes.
Bert has been involved in acquisition and development, construction of commercial property, office condominiums, town homes and multi family homes. His focus on quality and details is evident in every home he builds. Windham Homes is focused on building affordable quality homes.
